Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing
Orders within Canada and the United States are fulfilled from our warehouses in Canada. Once your order is verified, please allow up to 24–48 hours for processing during business days (Monday–Friday).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays or major sales events.

Shipping Within Canada & the United States
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 2–5 business days
United States: 3–5 business days

All U.S. orders are shipped duty paid, meaning you will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Canadian and USA orders over $75. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and DHL.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped (typically within 1–2 business days). Delivery estimates will also be shown at checkout. Please note that shipments are processed on business days only.

International Shipping
For customers outside Canada and the United States, we offer UPS International Shipping, with rates calculated at checkout.

Standard International Shipping: 3–5 business days (via UPS)

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Spofire is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions, nor for any additional fees incurred once the package has left our facility.

Customs Information
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties (for international orders outside Canada and the U.S.) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before receiving your tracking number.

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Spofire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not liable for any loss or theft.
